Collection of Delivery Information
Users can upload recipient phone numbers from their phone contact list which can be used by STITCH THE DREAM, its holding company, service provider or contractor to contact the recipient for the delivery of an order. We only use the information shared by the user for the execution of his/her order.
When you use our website, we collect and store your information which is provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our website to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so we collect Delivery information from you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.
We offer personalized gifts which might require users to upload images so that the same can be printed on cushions, mugs, t-shirts, etc. We delete the images and do not share your personal data or images outside the platform.
If you choose to buy on the website https://stitchthedream.com, we collect information about your buying behavior. If you transact with us, we collect some additional information, such as a billing address, other payment instrument details and tracking information from cheques or money orders etc.

We collect Delivery identifiable information (email address, name, phone number, other payment instrument details, etc.) from you when you set up a free account with us. STITCH THE DREAM makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. STITCH THE DREAM is will not cancel or change orders already in process at the manufacturer, en-route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered on the same day, you can reach us +971 6 768 0556. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by STITCH THE DREAM prior to 2 working hours of the time of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team (domestic). No change of any kind in the delivery requests will be entertained for any international order 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of the order unless confirmed by our Customer Service team on email (international deliveries). STITCH THE DREAM will not cancel any order unless informed 24 hours (domestic) / 48 hours (international) prior to the delivery date.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein the Terms and Conditions, any Discount Voucher issued to you by STITCH THE DREAM can be used only once and will expire thereafter, even if the order/delivery is unsuccessful.
Note: A refund will be processed by STITCH THE DREAM in the event STITCH THE DREAM determines that the cancellation of the order is due to STITCH THE DREAM’s incapability of fulfilling the order.

To show our appreciation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from STITCH THE DREAM when your gift has been delivered.

For each product or service, you order on the Website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the such product or service as of the time you submitted your order (“Product Price”), the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, if any (“Delivery Fees”), and any applicable taxes (defined below).

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery lead time from the date of our written Confirmation of Order & Shipment and in any event within maximum fourteen (14) days after that date, except if your purchase relates to a product or service that we have explained to you will take additional time to deliver, for example in the case of products or services that we personalize or produce to your specifications.
If delivery of products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and will use reasonable efforts to minimize the effect of the delay. If we do not deliver within fourteen (14) days from the date of the written Confirmation of Order & Shipment or any other time limit as indicated by us, you may contact the Client Relations Center to cancel the relevant order and get a refund of any sums you pre-paid us for any products which you have not received.
In any event, your sole remedy for any failure by us to deliver the order to you shall be your right to cancel the relevant order and receive a refund of sums you pre-paid us for any products which you have not received.
When estimating your delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, security checks and order processing. Please note that delivery is always subject to receiving your full payment.
We will require a handwritten or electronic signature by you, or a person at the nominated delivery address (unless arranged by you otherwise), to confirm the delivery of each product, at which point risk and responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. STITCH THE DREAM does not guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. STITCH THE DREAM will endeavor to accommodate your preferences.
STITCH THE DREAM will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple shipments: Your order may be processed in multiple shipments

Occasionally, substitutions of orders or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift/order/product you have selected, experienced staff of STITCH THE DREAM will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. However, STITCH THE DREAM reserves the right to substitute the order (including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.

Refunds
Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, in the event STITCH THE DREAM decides to refund to you, STITCH THE DREAM will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount but in some case STITCH THE DREAM will refund the money back and the refund could be processed if we have account details of the customer. Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”.
STITCH THE DREAM is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
Products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NB: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
STITCH THE DREAM will not accept any product exchanges.
Damaged/Defective Products
If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to STITCH THE DREAM within 48 hours of such delivery at +971 6 768 0556 and e-mail the photographs of the same at queries@Stitchthedream.ae. STITCH THE DREAM will in its sole discretion either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount in relation to such product. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by STITCH THE DREAM, it takes 10-15 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.

While Stitch the Dream endeavors to provide the most accurate, up-to-date materials available, the information, materials, products, and services available on the website, there may exist some inaccuracies, typographical errors, or outdated information. moreover, Stitch the Dream may make modifications or changes to the website or the information, materials, products, and services described in the website at any time. Stitch the Dream is not responsible for any typographical or pricing errors on the website; Stitch the Dream reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including but not limited to orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders in which Stitch the Dream believes the customer has violated applicable law, and orders that Stitch the Dream believes are harmful to Stitch the Dream or its affiliates.
